Elegant diet

 This diet will help get rid of the 2-4 extra pounds. Diet advantage that it consists of available products, but also contains vegetables and fruit. Disadvantage - meals are painted on the clock.  

Following a "graceful diet", it is recommended to exclude from your diet sugar, potatoes, carrots, beets, beans. Dairy products, it is desirable to use only low-fat. Water is necessary to drink at least two liters a day. Preference should be given mineral water, herbal tea, fruit compote of dried apricots without sugar, broth hips. When preparing salads can use the following sauce: a teaspoon of olive oil, mixed with the juice of one lemon.

1st day
7:30 - 2 kiwi.
8:00 - oat porridge with milk.
10:00 - serving low-fat yogurt, a cup of tea or coffee.
11:00 - apple.
13:00 - green salad dressed with olive oil and lemon juice.
15:00 - 80 g of boiled chicken breast, 100 g cauliflower, 2 slices of cheese.
17:00 - pear.
19:00 - cup of cabbage broth.
19:30 - omelette of two eggs, bioyoghurt.

Day 2
7:30 - orange.
8:00 - buckwheat.
10:00 - toast of wholemeal bread (bran) with unsweetened jam, a cup of tea or coffee.
11:00 - apple.
13:00 - 100 g boiled fish.
15:00 - steamed vegetables, salad, bioyoghurt.
17:00 - pear.
19:00 - cup of cabbage broth.
19:30 - green salad with dressing, low-fat cottage cheese, bioyoghurt.

Day 3
7:30 - half a cup of fresh juice and a glass of water.
8:00 - oat porridge with milk.
10:00 - portion of fat-free yogurt, a cup of tea or coffee.
11:00 - apple.
13:00 - 100 g of boiled beef.
15:00 - salad, steamed vegetables, 2-3 slices of cheese.
17:00 - 4 almond nuts, hazelnuts 3, 1 walnut.
19:00 - cup of cabbage broth.
19:30 - cauliflower, baked with cheese, bioyoghurt.

4th day
7:30 - 2 tangerines.
8:00 - barley porridge with milk.
10:00 - serving of low-fat yogurt, bread, meal, a cup of tea or coffee.
11:00 - apple.
13:00 - 100 g cooked squid.
15:00 - green salad, stewed eggplant, 2 slices of cheese.
17:00 - 4 pieces of dried apricots and prunes.
19:00 - scrambled eggs with tomatoes.
19:30 - boiled vegetables, bioyoghurt.

Day 5

19:30 - tomatoes, baked with cheese, low-fat cottage cheese.

6th day
7:30 - orange.
8:00 - buckwheat.
10:00 - serving of low-fat yogurt, bread, meal, a cup of tea or coffee.
11:00 - apple.
13:00 - steamed vegetables.
15:00 - 100 g of boiled fish, green salad, a slice of cheese.
17:00 - 4 almond nuts, hazelnuts 3, 1 walnut.
19:00 - scrambled eggs with mushrooms.
19:30 - steamed vegetables, green salad.

7th day
1, 5 kg of apples for the whole day (divided into six receptions).
