Demol diet

 The author of this diet - Dr. Demol, famous Swiss nutritionist. Demol diet designed for a few days. It is best to use diet Demol summer or autumn, when the season comes vegetables and fruits.  

Meals for 4 days Demol doctor should not go beyond the scope of his proposed:

200-300 grams of lean meat (boiled or stewed) or fish; 2 eggs; 2 cups skim milk; 50 g sugar (7 teaspoons full); 50 g of low-fat cottage cheese; 100-150 g wholemeal bread; 100g potatoes or baked dishes; 50 g of an oil; plenty of vegetables and fruits.
