 The seven-day cereal diet is considered safe relief program which works perfectly: adhering to such a diet, just a week can reduce weight by three kilograms.  During this period, the discharge is recommended to consume the following cereals: wheat, buckwheat, rice (brown, wild), wheat, barley and oats (in any case it should not be rolled oats). Day 1 - wheat

Day 7 - mixed

First you need to cook porridge "Friendship": Take 50 grams of oats, buckwheat and wheat, cover with water and cook on low heat for 20 minutes. By the porridge for breakfast is recommended to drink a glass of milk. For lunch - vegetable soup and porridge. The dinner menu: cereal and grated apple with the addition of saccharin and lemon juice.

Between meals you can drink herbal infusion, mineral water, fresh juices and green tea.
