On all days are strictly excluded salt, sugar, alcohol, caffeine. Drink not less than 1, 5 liters of water.
The first day (and all odd days) you can eat only raw fruits and vegetables.
Breakfast - fruit,
Lunch - salad vegetables with a minimum amount of olive oil, strictly without salt !!! and other sauces. You can add almonds, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds.
DINNER - as lunch or first fruits, then the salad. Strictly excluded dairy products! In salads recommended to add all sorts of sprouts - soy sprouts, beans, sprouted wheat grains, etc.
Second day - only fruit (except bananas)
The fourth and all even, except the second - the same as that on odd days, only a portion of vegetables allowed to eat boiled (better for a couple) and add some cereals (rice, buckwheat, oatmeal or lentils). It is possible, but not desirable to add low-fat yogurt.
These days FIRST eat raw foods, and then - boiled.
A fruit is better to eat pineapple, grapefruit, oranges, tangerines, mangoes, kiwi, grapes, apples, pears.
Ronsard particularly recommends mango, pineapple, kiwi and papaya.
