The first and second day of the diet should start with a glass of milk and a piece of black bread, lunch may include only a small amount of milk. Snack similar breakfast and dinner consists of a glass of tomato juice and milk.
Breakfast third and fourth day involves a small piece of bread with a thin layer of honey and butter and coffee, of course, no sugar. Lunch: a portion of boiled beef or fish, a small amount of broth, a slice of black bread, a couple of tablespoons of green peas. Snack: a cup of tea or milk with a teaspoon of honey. Dinner includes a couple of boiled eggs, alternative which may be a small amount of cheese, ham or cooked meat. Also need to eat a slice of bread and drink a glass of kefir.
The fifth and sixth days begin with a couple of oranges or apples, continuing portion of vegetable soup with a slice of bread and a green salad. Snack involves the use of any fruit except bananas. For dinner relies eat vegetable salad and a small amount of honey with tea.
Since diet lasts 21 days, there is a need for interleaving menu. Swap diet should be 3, 4, 5, 6 days. If you absolutely do not like some of the foods on the menu, such as peas, its use is entirely optional.
Remember that this diet is quite strict and therefore suitable for people with good health. Initially best to consult with a nutritionist. In full compliance with the rules of power you can throw up to 10 kg, while non-strict adherence to the recommendations of 4-5 kg. This diet may be used only once a year.
