The saving diet

 The secret of this diet is a combination of a certain system of power with gymnastics, water and beauty treatments.

Monday
1) After dinner, go outside and walk briskly around a mile - a single gram of weight from a hearty lunch, not to end up on your waistline.
2) Dinner for three hours before bedtime. You can eat meat or fish dish with any vegetable garnish. Drink green tea. Make a soothing herbal bath for feet and hands.

Tuesday (day of discharge)
1) Before dinner you can eat only fruit and drink a glass of fortified juice or fruit drinks.
2) you can dine as usual. Before a meal, drink a glass of herbal tea with mint.

Wednesday
1) Make yourself a breakfast milk: milk porridge, cottage cheese, yogurt or yogurt.
