The duration of the diet - 10 days.

Once you get up out of bed, drink a pint of water. Then prepare a beverage, consisting of a glass of milk, one teaspoon of cocoa and the same amount of honey. This drink tones better than strong coffee.

After 15 minutes, eat an orange or grapefruit.

Dine in 12 hours. Before lunch, drink a liter of water.

For lunch - 200 grams of chicken or lean fish. Alternate meat and fish by day. On a garnish - boiled or steamed vegetables.

Two hours after dinner drink a glass biokefir. Add a teaspoon of honey product.

In 16 hours, do yourself a drink consisting of a glass of water, juice of one lemon and a teaspoon of honey. Zhestan called it "hydromel." Drink the mixture in small sips.

Dinner - in 19 hours. Prepare for it in advance broth. Boil 1, 5 liters of water. Add 1 kg of leeks, 0, 5 kg of carrots, 0, 5 kg of tomatoes and a little cumin. Cook for 20 minutes until vegetables are tender. Salt is not necessary. Leeks and thyme removal of residues from the body, carrot is a source of vitamin A, tomatoes contain potassium. Once the vegetables are ready, strain the broth.

For dinner, drink 3 cups of broth at intervals of 10 minutes. Season vegetables with olive oil. Add a little mustard. Eat vegetables after the broth.
