 Navershnik (other names - nagruden, Torgau nasovchik) - element of women's clothing from white canvas or blue cloth domestic production, worn on the chest. Wore it in the XIX - early XX century in Tula, Ryazan, Tambov, Kaluga and Voronezh province. These bibs usually were deaf, with quadrangular or oval collar, had tunic form. Sometimes there was a short incision in the chest. First navershniki had flared or straight barrels, and later between the Four on the floor and started back insert white or red wedges. The sleeves have different lengths or non-existent. Such clothes adorned with ribbons, red cloth, sequins, stripes patterned fabrics. The younger was the bearer of navershnika, the richer and brighter look. Jewellery was placed at the shoulders, sleeves, put on the hem of horizontal stripes. Were mourning navershniki - so-called "navershniki by sadness". They are decorated with ornaments just behind the front panel were only thin strips woven with red threads.
