Elisabeth Lecourt decided to sew clothes from the collection of cards and called it Les Robes Geographiques - ie "geographic dress." The collection includes 60 paper pleated dresses and shirts stringent straight cut, but it is more art objects than real clothes - wear it will not work.
Dresses and shirts are made from a wide variety of maps of the world - and drawing, and printing, and modern, and vintage. The collection includes maps of New York, London, Paris, Chelsea, as well as fictional fabulous countryside.
