Multifruit diet

 Themselves may be acidic oranges and pineapple in a large amount may adversely affect the digestive tract. Therefore it is better to mix them. Sugar diet is strictly forbidden!

Breakfast. A glass of orange juice.

Snack. Salad: boiled rice - 4 tablespoons pineapple, kiwi.

Lunch Time. Vegetable salad (mostly green), boiled cabbage - preferably broccoli or cauliflower, 200 g of boiled chicken (you can substitute other lean meat).

Afternoon tea. Juice: orange, carrot, pineapple, apples. Grain bread, yogurt.

Dinner. Fruit salad: pineapple, orange, kiwi, apples. Steamed vegetables without fat, eggplant or zucchini desirable.

Expected result: a good mood and well-being, lack of hunger and discomfort, improved digestion and complexion, as well as the loss of 4 - 5 kg for 10 days.
