This diet is used seven days.
After seven days, you will be convinced that dropped 4.3 kg. If you're still not OK, two weeks a diet can be repeated.
Menu for each day at my grandmother's diet:
1st breakfast - a glass of unsweetened tea or a cup of black coffee (can put a little sugar);
2nd B - 40 g of cheese;
lunch - boiled egg, 120 grams of meat, toasted in a dry pan, 20 g of cheese;
afternoon tea - as the 1st breakfast;
Dinner - 120 grams of meat, vegetable salad with vegetable oil before going to bed a glass of mint broth (to remove tension).
