Sausage and cheese diet: how to eat and not get better

 Diet hearty and delicious, but abounds in proteins, sit on it for no longer than 10 days. Reset can be up to 10kg.

8-00: coffee without sugar or saccharin (can creamer "karoma")

10-00: 1 boiled egg

12-00: 200g low-fat sausage

14-00: 100g low-fat cheese

16-00: 250g of low-fat cottage cheese

18-00: a glass of low-fat yogurt
