 On this type of orange diet can lose weight by 4-8 kg per week.

Week 1: Day 1 kg of oranges, 2 eggs, 2 liters of mineral water.

Week 2: Day 1 kg of oranges, cereals and any number (but without salt), 2 liters of mineral water.

Week 3: Day 1 kg of oranges, fruits and vegetables in any quantity.
