 Diet provides 1200 calories a day and allows you to lose 3 pounds in five days. Balance of essential nutrients negates the health risk.

Under the heading Diet: Chinese diet


Muesli. Cup of chopped fruit and berries (except grapes, bananas and figs), mixed with 1 tbsp. spoon any germinated grains and 100 grams of yogurt.


Fruit cocktail. 100 ml of juice and any number of the same yoghurt.

Lunch Time

Vegetable stew. Several inflorescences boiled cauliflower, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, 1 tbsp. spoon of peas or beans young, half onion, 1 celery root, parsley - all simmered in a little water.
Sauce: 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil, 100 grams of buttermilk 1 tsp. lemon juice.

Afternoon snack

Sandwich. 100g chicken breast with a small slice of black bread.


Fruit pilaf. 50 g of boiled rice mixed with apple and 100 g of any other berries and fruits.

Water can be drunk without any restrictions, but not sparkling.

Mysterious word "5+" in the title of diet means that it lasts 5 days and on day 6 as compensation for dietary feats allowed to eat something delicious, but only until 16:00. Thereafter, only drinking water.
