For breakfast you can eat one of these options:
1. 100 grams of fat-free milk and 30-40 grams of cereal, in which you can add one apple.
2. You can eat a bran muffin and 30-40 grams of cottage cheese mixed with a small amount of greenery.
3. Spread a slice of black bread 10-15 grams of butter or margarine. You can also put the top two spoons of honey or jam.
Snack should be repeated twice a day.
1. 150 grams of grapes and a pear.
2. 150-200 grams of plums and 100 grams of yogurt.
3. A glass of apple or orange juice. Juices can be replaced with a glass of kefir.
Prepare pea soup:
200 grams of potatoes, 50-100 grams of red bell pepper, one teaspoon of vegetable oil, 400-500 ml chicken stock, 200 grams of green peas. Salt and black pepper, add to taste.
Cook the omelette with green peas:
200 grams of peas, 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil, two small slices of ham and two eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Prepare salad with peas and corn:
1 apple, 100-150 grams of green peas, 150 grams of low-fat yogurt, 50 grams of bacon, 100 grams of sweet corn, a few drops of lemon juice and a teaspoon of curry powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the potatoes with peas and sauce:
100 grams of potatoes, 200 grams peas, 10-15 grams of margarine or butter, 100 ml of broth, a tablespoon of sour cream and as many chervil. Add salt to taste.
Cook the steak with vegetables:
300 grams of green peas, 150 ml of broth, one onion, two schnitzel (veal desirable), one tablespoon of flour, milk and butter, margarine 10-15 grams, 30 grams of chopped parsley. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the risotto with peas:
100 grams of red pepper, 50 g of dark rice, two or three bulbs 150 grams of peas, 10-15 grams of butter or margarine, 30 grams of cheese and 200 g of chicken soup. Add salt and pepper to taste.
For dinner you can afford one of the options proposed for breakfast, either:
1. A small slice of cheese and radishes without restrictions. You can also eat a piece of bread with bran.
2. A small piece of bread with apple and carrot salad.
