Duration Grapefruit Diet is week. Menu every day very different, but everywhere, of course, there is a grapefruit.
Breakfast: 2 slices of lean ham, 1 grapefruit, a cup of tea or coffee without sugar.
Lunch: 1 grapefruit, 250 g of vegetable salad with greens.
Dinner: 200 g lettuce, 150 g of boiled or grilled meat, tea with honey.
Breakfast: grapefruit juice or grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, tea or coffee without sugar.
Lunch: 50 g low-fat cheese or cottage cheese, 1 grapefruit.
Dinner: 200 g boiled fish, vegetable salad, a slice of black bread.
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit or a glass of juice out of it, 2 tablespoons of cereal or oatmeal with a small amount of raisins, nuts and yogurt.
Lunch: 200g vegetable broth, a little crackers, 1 grapefruit.
Dinner: 200g boiled chicken breast, 2 roasted tomatoes, 1 grapefruit before bedtime.
Breakfast: a glass of tomato juice, 1 boiled egg, tea with lemon.
Lunch: salad of green vegetables with carrots, 1 grapefruit, a slice of bread.
Dinner: 400 g of boiled vegetables, tea, grapefruit before bedtime.
Breakfast: fruit salad, tea or coffee.
Dinner: 200 grams of salad from vegetables, baked potato 1.
Dinner: 250 g chicken or 200g lean beef, tomato juice, 1 grapefruit.
At 6 and 7 day menu, you can choose any other day diet.
Grapefruit Diet is quite effective when properly its compliance. It is noticed that after a week of such food the body is cleansed of significant amounts of toxins, and the person loses weight by 4-5 pounds.
