Magnesium diet

 Such a diet, as magnesium is designed for people suffering from hypertension, atherosclerosis, holitsistitom, constipation, gallbladder disease or obesity. The diet is based on the inclusion in the diet food, foods rich in magnesium. During magnesium diet is necessary to exclude the use of salt in food, and a restricted number of free liquid.

Under the used magnesium diet diet for three consecutive days 3-4, each of which has a product content of about 1, 2 grams of magnesium.

1-4 day magnesium diet.
The first breakfast includes: 150g buckwheat porridge with fried breadcrumbs, and a cup of tea with lemon.
Lunch: 100g grated carrots with vegetable oil.
Lunch: 200g soup with broth from bran, wheat 150g porridge with dried apricots and 100ml of broth hips.
Snack: 100ml apricot juice.
Dinner: 100g cottage cheese souffle and a cup of tea with lemon.
At bedtime should drink 100ml of broth hips.

5-8 day magnesium diet.
The first breakfast includes: oatmeal and a cup of tea with lemon.
Lunch: 50g prunes.
Lunch: 200g ing with a decoction of bran, 50g of cooked meat with 100g stewed beet, apple.
Lunch: 100g carrot and apple salad, 100ml of broth hips.
Dinner: buckwheat Krupenik with cheese, and a cup of tea.
Before going to bed: 100 ml of carrot juice.

9-12 day magnesium diet.
First breakfast: 200g milk millet porridge, 150g grated carrots, a cup of tea with lemon.
Lunch: 100g dried apricots and 100ml of broth from wheat bran.
Lunch: 250g oatmeal soup with vegetables and broth from bran, 80g of cooked chicken, meatballs and cabbage 200g 100ml of broth from the hips.
Afternoon snack: apple.
Dinner: 200g apple-carrot patties, 150g cottage cheese souffle cup of tea.
Before going to bed: 100ml of tomato juice.

At any meal you can eat rye bread 200g and 30g of sugar.
