Lunch: 250g oatmeal soup with vegetables and broth from bran, 80g of cooked chicken, meatballs and cabbage 200g 100ml of broth from the hips.
Afternoon snack: apple.
Dinner: 200g apple-carrot patties, 150g cottage cheese souffle cup of tea.
Before going to bed: 100ml of tomato juice.
At any meal you can eat rye bread 200g and 30g of sugar.
