How to choose a radical diet

 All of these products should be divided into 4 meals - breakfast (8-9 hours), lunch (12-13 hours), lunch (15-16 hours) and dinner (no later than 18 hours). At all times during dieting can just plain drinking or mineral water.

The first week

Wednesday: 3 eggs or 5 medium-sized potato.

Wednesday: 100 grams of cottage cheese with low-fat sour cream, 200-250 ml of yogurt or sour.

Wednesday: 2 small apple, 0, 5 liters of yogurt, fruit juice 1 liter.

Wednesday: 400 g of boiled beef or chicken, unsweetened tea.

Friday: 0, 5 kg of apples or pears.

Saturday: 300 ml of kefir or yogurt, 3 boiled potatoes.

Sunday: 0, 5 liters of yogurt.

The second week

Wednesday: 200 g of boiled beef, 1 egg, 2 small tomatoes.

Wednesday: 2 apples, 100 g of boiled beef, salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with vegetable oil.

Wednesday: 100 g of boiled beef, 70 g of rye bread, 2 apples.

Wednesday: 2 eggs, 100 grams of boiled beef, 150 g of rye bread.

Friday: 3 boiled potatoes, apples (no more than 700 g), 0, 5 liters of yogurt.

Saturday: 300 g of cooked chicken, 2 medium-sized cucumber, 2 eggs, unsweetened tea.

Sunday: 4 boiled potatoes, 2 apples.
