This style of communication causes a variety of professional conflicts. Snobs by profession become constant stress for others, but they themselves are in a constant state of stress, because around them incredibly annoying. The leadership of the rare ability to do something in the event of such situations, because, as a rule, rarely is a professional in the area in which strong snob.

Oddly enough, most of the adherents of "professional snobbery" are not specialists of the highest level. Most often, such behavior they simply cover their professional incompetence. But communication with their own kind and even superficial knowledge gives them a sense of ownership of the special.

Anecdotes about the system administrators and accountants have become classics. What other profession often become the cause of snobbery?

They all have some common features. Professional snobbery usually occurs in professionals working not with people, and with the mechanisms, machines, computers. First of all, here are the already mentioned IT-specialists, then mechanics and specialists in repairing various equipment. Very often become snobs and those who work with numbers, calculations and documents, such as accountants, financiers, clerks.

But regular and sustained dialogue with people by occupation seemed to be vaccinated by professional arrogance. It would seem that ignorance of one another gives bread and butter. Because the money they receive is for the use of their special knowledge. If all professionally versed in computers, IT-specialist profession would disappear as a class. But along with the bread and butter comes and unprecedented arrogance: "I can what others can not."
