The menu for this diet is recommended to create so that during the day you could consume a half to two and a half pounds of cucumbers in 3-5 meals. If desired, the number of meals can be increased.
Sample menu for the week for cucumber diet might look like this:
Day 1:
Breakfast: a piece of dried rye bread, a couple of cucumbers.
Lunch: soup with vegetables - cucumber, onion, carrot, radish (vegetables should be fresh, you can simply cut and fill one percent yogurt), an apple.
Snack: one fruit.
Dinner: salad of cucumber, greens, seasoned with vegetable oil.
Day 2:
Breakfast: a piece of dried rye bread, cucumber.
Lunch: 50 - 70 grams of boiled beef, grated cucumber, radish.
Afternoon snack: fruit.
Dinner: salad of cucumber, greens, seasoned with vegetable oil.
In the following days, the number of alternate cucumbers consumed at breakfast. That is, one day you eat two cucumbers, and the next - one and so on.
Afternoon tea and dinner on the following days also remain the same. I will only lunch menu, which will vary the power and make the necessary food for the body.
On day 3, you can eat 100 grams of boiled fish, 100 grams of boiled rice and fresh or pickled cucumber. It is better to have a fresh, because salt stimulates the appetite and causes fluid retention in the body, which affects the weight. Rice is better to take unpolished, as it more useful minerals and fiber.
On day 4, you can turn on the lunch menu, 100 grams of boiled rice, 30 grams of cheese, cucumber.
