Diet for waist

 This diet will help you to reduce the waist, but only on one condition, if you daily sports.  

Under the heading Diet: Diet for stomach

Breakfast: boiled egg, a little toast, a little butter, a cup of yogurt, a cup of tea without sugar.

Lunch: a small snack, lean meat without fat and potato salad with a little lemon juice.

Lunch: half a cup of tea without sugar, 1-2 toast without butter.

Dinner: salad with cold meat sandwich with lean lamb without potatoes.

Do not eat: chocolate, sugar, pastry, biscuits, fresh bread, and drink alcohol.
