Vegetable Day
Breakfast: a cup of any fresh vegetable juice, 4 tomatoes.
Lunch: Green salad with parsley, cucumber and cabbage, seasoned with vegetable oil.
Dinner: cabbage, spinach and broccoli extinguish with garlic and lemon juice.
Fruit Day
Breakfast: salad of grapefruit, orange, lemon and apple (no fueled).
Lunch and dinner: salad morning + a few slices of melon.
