Polish diet: it helps to lose weight

 Polish diet is varied, includes a lot of vegetables and fruits, and most importantly, is not accompanied by a feeling of constant hunger. In winter and spring, when fresh fruits and vegetables is small, the Polish diet can include sauerkraut, canned vegetables and fruit juices.

On the day allowed to use no more than three or four glasses of fluid (with the first courses, stewed fruit, coffee, tea).

Menu A and Menu need to be alternated every other day for a month, the end of which the weight loss would be the maximum.

The first week

A menu
Breakfast: a glass of warm milk with a teaspoon of honey, a stale bun.
2nd breakfast: a glass of tea without sugar, 2 slices of black bread with a thin layer of butter, leaves of lettuce or other greens.
Lunch: vegetable soup, a piece of lean beef (100 g), 2-3 potatoes, fruit salad with sugar and lemon juice.
Snack: 2 tomatoes or a glass of tomato juice, toast.
Dinner: a glass of low-fat yogurt, 2 slices of black bread with a thin layer of butter, sprinkle with parsley.

Menu
Breakfast: a cup of tea without sugar, a piece of black bread, sprinkle with parsley.
2nd breakfast: a cup of yogurt, stale bread, slightly salted radish.
Lunch: soup, boiled fish (100 g), 2-3 potatoes, sprinkle with parsley, green salad.
Afternoon snack: fruit or fruit juice (1 cup) cake or cookies.
Dinner: a glass of milk, 2 slices of bread with honey.

The second week

A menu
Breakfast: a glass of fruit or vegetable juice, one cracker.
2nd breakfast: a piece of black bread, a little butter and cheese (cheese), a glass of tea without sugar.
Lunch: vegetarian soup, chicken meat, carrot salad, pudding.
Afternoon snack: fruit, cookies.
Dinner: a cup of yogurt, stale bread with jam.

Menu
Breakfast: a cup of tea with milk, a piece of black bread with honey.
2nd Breakfast: 2 slices of black bread with meat (100 g), 2 tomatoes, a cup of tea without sugar.
Lunch: soup, boiled fish (100 g), 2 potatoes, green salad.
Afternoon snack: yogurt, toast.
Dinner: a cup of tea without sugar, 2 slices of low-fat cheese, radish.

The third week

A menu
Breakfast: a cup of coffee, a piece of black bread with honey.
2nd breakfast: yogurt, a piece of black bread and butter, boiled egg, radish.
Lunch: mushroom soup, steak or burger, salad, a glass of juice.
Afternoon snack: fruit, crackers.
Dinner: a glass of milk, a stale bun, cheese (100 g).

Menu
Breakfast: a glass of milk with honey, bread.
2nd breakfast: a glass of tea without sugar, 2 slices of bread with lean sausage (50 g), 2 tomatoes.
Lunch: soup, stewed mushrooms or vegetables, 2 baked apples.
Afternoon snack: fruit cake.
Dinner: a cup of tea without sugar, bread and fish (100 g), apple.

The fourth week

A menu
Breakfast: a cup of tea, toast with honey.
2nd Breakfast: 2 slices of bread with butter and low-fat cheese (50 g), 2 apples.
Lunch: soup, chicken (200 g) with vegetables, 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes, green salad, pudding.
Afternoon snack: carrot juice, biscuit.
Dinner: a glass of nonfat yogurt, cookies.

Menu
Breakfast: a glass of milk, rye bread and butter.
2nd breakfast: boiled egg, bread, butter (20 g), tea, apple.
Lunch: a cup of low-fat broth, beans with tomato, two boiled potatoes with parsley, apple.
Afternoon snack: yogurt, toast.
Dinner: radishes, 2 sandwiches with pate
