Grandma's diet
When Hollywood diet breakfast consists of half a grapefruit and a cup of tea without sugar or breakfast excluded completely. At the end of the week the menu is repeated again and so for 18 days. In some dishes do not specify their number, but we must not forget that fruits contain a certain amount of joules.
Day 1:
Lunch - 1 egg, 1 tomato, black coffee.
Dinner - 1 egg, green salad, 1 grapefruit.
2nd day:
Lunch - 1 egg, black coffee, grapefruit.
Dinner - beef, roast on the grill without fat, cucumber, black coffee.
Day 3:
Lunch - 1 egg, 1 tomato, sautéed spinach.
Dinner - veal fillet, baked on the grate without fat, cucumber, black coffee making facilities.
Day 4:
Lunch - Green salad, black coffee, 1 grapefruit.
Dinner - 1 egg, cheese, braised spinach and tea.
5th day:
Lunch - 1 egg, braised spinach, black coffee.
Dinner - lean fish, baked on the grill, green salad, black coffee.
6th day:
Lunch - fruit salad of apples, oranges and grapefruits.
Dinner - beef, roast on the grill, cucumber, tea.
7th day:
Lunch - vegetable soup, chicken, baked on the grill, tea, orange.
Dinner - fruit salad.
