Dynamic diet

 This diet causes the body to replenish energy by breaking down the fat layer.  

Tobreakfast you need to drink a glass of juice from the maximum amount of fruit.
To lunch time - Eat a small piece of lean meat or chicken with vegetables and drink mineral water. Todinner - Drink a glass of flavored tea.

The diet is quite effective, but contains little vitamins and nutrients, so they should make up for the lack of by receiving multivitamins.

Diet must be followed for a week.
