 As the name suggests a diet, you have to seriously restrict yourself in food. Diet is very tough, but productive.

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee with a spoon of sugar and 2 crackers.

Lunch: 2 eggs cooked "hard-boiled", 4 tomatoes, 2 biscuit.

Dinner: 50 grams of cheese, 1 tomato, 1 slice of rye bread, a glass of sweet tea.
