The second week
Wednesday: 200 g of boiled beef, 1 egg, 2 small tomatoes.
Wednesday: 2 apples, 100 g of boiled beef, salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with vegetable oil.
Wednesday: 100 g of boiled beef, 70 g of rye bread, 2 apples.
Wednesday: 2 eggs, 100 grams of boiled beef, 150 g of rye bread.
Friday: 3 boiled potatoes, apples (no more than 700 g), 0, 5 liters of yogurt.
Saturday: 300 g of cooked chicken, 2 medium-sized cucumber, 2 eggs, unsweetened tea.
Sunday: 4 boiled potatoes, 2 apples.
