Lunch: vegetable salad (from any vegetables, except potatoes and beans), bread, 200 grams of lean meat roasted, 1 large apple, 1 grapefruit (or orange), a cup of coffee or tea.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 2 tomatoes, a small slice of bread, 1 cup of yogurt, a pear or an apple.
Thursday
Dinner: 200 grams of boiled or roasted chicken, fresh salad, seasoned with lemon juice, a slice of bread, coffee or tea.
Dinner: 50 grams of cottage cheese (cottage cheese with sour cream should not be in it and add sugar), a slice of bell pepper, radish (5-6 pieces), a piece of bread and a glass of milk.
Friday
Lunch: 150 g of boiled meat, 2 small boiled in their skins, potatoes, fresh vegetable salad, a cup of coffee or tea.
