First Day
Breakfast. Fruit salad of strawberries (250 g), ½ green apple, ½ banana. Banana can be replaced and other fruits: kiwi, pear and so on. All fruits finely slice, season with low-fat yogurt (1/2 tablespoon), you can add a teaspoon of honey.
Lunch (not earlier than two hours). Whisk 100 g strawberries in a blender and add 100 ml of skim milk and 100 ml of mineral water without gas. Instead of water, milk and may add 200 ml of orange juice. Optionally, add ½ teaspoon of honey.
Lunch Time. Boiled lean poultry (chicken breast, turkey) cut into small pieces, add 150 grams of sliced strawberries, cucumber, celery stemmed. Fill 1 tbsp. l. olive oil and lemon juice. You can use and parsley.
Afternoon tea. 150 g strawberries, mix in a blender with 100 g of low-fat yogurt. Optionally, add ½ teaspoon of honey and walnuts.
Dinner. Potatoes boiled in their jackets (2 pieces), leaf celery, onions, 100 grams of strawberries. All chop, season with low-fat yogurt and low-fat cottage cheese (50 g). Salad can sprinkle with parsley.
Day Two
Breakfast. Two pieces of bread bran Spread fat cottage cheese (50 g) and 150 g strawberries.
Lunch. Cocktail of 50 g low-fat yogurt, 150 g and 150 g of strawberry pineapple or orange juice, whisk in a blender.
Lunch Time. Two thin pancake stuffed with 200 g strawberries whipped with a spoon low fat cottage cheese.
Afternoon tea. 150 g strawberries, 1/2 teaspoon honey, 1 tablespoon of low-fat cottage cheese.
Dinner. Salad of green iceberg lettuce, low-fat yogurt, half a red pepper, strawberries and one tomato. Salad can add salt, season with lemon juice, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Day Three
Breakfast. 150 g strawberries and one piece of bread or toast.
Lunch. 150 g strawberries and a glass of low-fat yogurt.
Lunch Time. Salad of 250 g of peach or melon, 150 g strawberries, 200 g of boiled chicken breast. Fill low-fat yogurt and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Afternoon tea. 150 g strawberries and a glass of low-fat yogurt.
Dinner. Cook for a couple of 70 g of potatoes, carrots, cabbage, or color. Fill a glass of skim milk. 200g chopped strawberries.
On the last day diet can take any of the previous days. Repeat strawberry diet is recommended not earlier than two months.
