Long-term diet

 Designed for a month. If the expected results are achieved, it is possible to stop, but do not use it as a loophole to eat sweet!  

Under the heading Diet: Tomato juice diet

The first week.

Monday
Breakfast. 70g rye bread, a small slice of ham, tea
Lunch Time. 70-100g boiled beef, 100g low-fat sour cream, 1/2 small apple
Snack (15-16 hours). 100g rye bread and tea
Dinner. 100g of boiled beef, grated carrot, 1 medium apple.

Tuesday
Breakfast. 70g rye bread, coffee
Lunch Time. 4 potatoes, 1 apple or pear.
Afternoon tea. 70-100g of rye bread and tea
Dinner. 1 egg 250ml of yogurt, fruit juice 200-300ml.

Wednesday
Breakfast. 100g cheese, tea
Lunch Time. 80g boiled beef, 3 potatoes in their skins, 200-300ml of fruit juice.
Afternoon tea. 70g of cheese and tea
Dinner. 2 small apples and 250ml yogurt.

Thursday
Breakfast. 100g of black bread, tea
Lunch Time. 60-80g of boiled beef, 3 potatoes and 1 apple
Afternoon tea. 70g black bread and tea
Dinner. 1 egg 250ml buttermilk, 1 medium apple.

Friday
Breakfast. Tea and boiled egg
Lunch Time. 100g of boiled beef, 3 potatoes in their skins, 200ml of fruit juice.
Afternoon tea. 100g of black bread and tea
Dinner. 1 cucumber or tomato and 250ml yogurt.

Saturday
Breakfast. 100g of black bread, tea
Lunch Time. salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with rast.maslom
Afternoon tea. 100g of boiled beef, apple and tea.
Dinner. 1 cup of yogurt and 1 banana.

Sunday
Breakfast. Tea and boiled egg
Lunch Time. 100g boiled chicken, 4 potatoes, 200ml fruit juice.
Afternoon tea. 100g of black bread and tea
Dinner. 1 cucumber, 1 tomato and 200ml yogurt.

The second week.

Monday
Breakfast. Tea and egg
Lunch Time. 2 apples, 3 boiled potatoes, 1 tomato
Afternoon tea. 1 glass of fruit juice
Dinner. salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with rast.maslom and 200ml yogurt.

Tuesday
Breakfast. 100g of black bread, tea with milk.
Lunch Time. 3 potatoes, 2 fresh tomatoes, 1 cup of fruit juice
Afternoon tea. Tea and egg
Dinner. 70g black bread, 200ml buttermilk or yogurt.

Wednesday
Breakfast. Tea with lemon and egg
Lunch Time. 100g of boiled beef, 2 potatoes in their skins, 1 glass of fruit juice.
Afternoon tea. 70g rye bread, 200ml buttermilk or sour
Dinner. Salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, boiled potatoes and tea.

Thursday
Breakfast. 70g of cheese, tea
Lunch Time. 100g of boiled beef, 1 cup of fruit juice
Afternoon tea. 100-150ml of kefir or yogurt, 40g black bread
Dinner. 1 egg, 30g cheese, 1 apple.

Friday
Breakfast. Tea and 60-80g of bread
Lunch Time. 100g cooked chicken 2 potatoes, finely chopped slices and watered rast.maslom and 100ml fruit juice.
Afternoon tea. 70g of cheese and tea
Dinner. 1 cucumber, 1 tomato and 250ml yogurt.

Saturday
Breakfast. 200ml yogurt 60g black bread
Lunch Time. 50g cheese 2 potatoes, tomato, tea
Afternoon tea. 1 glass of fruit juice and apple
Dinner. Boiled egg with mayonnaise, cucumber, tea

Sunday
Breakfast. Tea or coffee, 100g of black bread, cheese
Lunch Time. 100g of boiled beef, coleslaw with rast.maslom and 1 glass of fruit juice.
Afternoon tea. 2 apples
Dinner. 1 egg, 2 tomatoes and 200ml yogurt.

The third week.

Monday
Breakfast. Tea with milk and cheese 50g
Lunch Time. 100g of boiled chicken, salad: 2 boiled potatoes, cucumber and tomatoes 2
Afternoon tea. 200ml yogurt, 60g dietary bread
Dinner. 3 potatoes, 1 egg with mayonnaise, tea and 1 small apple

Tuesday
Breakfast. Tea and 50g of cheese
Lunch Time. 70g canned zel.goroshka, 2 potatoes and fresh milk 200ml
Afternoon tea. 2 apples
Dinner. 1 egg 250ml buttermilk or sour

Wednesday
Breakfast. Tea or coffee and 100g of bread (diet or rye)
Lunch Time. Scrambled eggs with tomatoes and greens, 1 cup of yogurt
Afternoon tea. 2 apples and 1 cup of fruit juice
Dinner. 100g of boiled or fried in its own juice of chicken meat and tea.

Thursday
Breakfast. 50g cheese, tea
Lunch Time. 4 potatoes and a salad of cucumbers, tomatoes and rast.masla
Afternoon tea. 2 apples and 1 cup of fruit juice
Dinner. 150g low-fat cottage cheese with sour cream and 200ml of yogurt or sour.

Friday
Breakfast. Tea or coffee and 100g rye bread
Lunch Time. 100g of boiled beef, 2 cucumber and 1 tomato.
Afternoon tea. 1 apple and 1 cup of fruit juice
Dinner. 50g of cheese and 1 cup of yogurt or sour

Saturday
Breakfast. 50-70g of fried bread, tea with milk
Lunch Time. 4 potatoes, coleslaw with rast.maslom
Afternoon tea. 2 apples
Dinner. 1 egg, 70g of cheese, yogurt 200ml

Sunday
Breakfast. Tea or coffee with milk, 70g rye bread
Lunch Time. 100g of boiled beef or chicken, tea
Afternoon tea. 1 apple and 1 cup of fruit juice
Dinner. Scrambled eggs of 2 and 50g ham, yogurt 200ml.

The fourth week.

Monday
Breakfast. Tea with milk and 1 egg
Lunch Time. 2 boiled potatoes and coleslaw with rast.maslom
Afternoon tea. 1 apple and 1 cup of fruit juice
Dinner. 60g canned zel.goroshka, 50g rye or dietary bread, yogurt 200ml

Tuesday
Breakfast. Tea and 100g rye bread
Lunch Time. 3 potatoes, and cabbage 100g nashikovannoy
Afternoon tea. 200ml buttermilk or sour
Dinner. 2 eggs, 1 apple and 1 cup of fruit juice

Wednesday
Breakfast. 1 cup of milk and 70g of dietary wheat breads
Lunch Time. 100g cooked chicken and salad from fresh vegetables
Afternoon tea. 1 apple and 1 cup of fruit juice
Dinner. 1 egg with mayonnaise, 200ml of yogurt or sour.

Thursday
Breakfast. 50g cheese, tea
Lunch Time. 2 tomatoes and 100-120g rye bread
Afternoon tea. 1 apple and 1 cup of fruit juice
Dinner. 4 potatoes, 70g beef and 200-250ml yogurt.

Friday
Breakfast. Tea or coffee and 1 egg
Lunch Time. Salad: 3 cucumber, 3 tomatoes, 2 boiled potatoes and mayonnaise (you can cream)
Afternoon tea. 2 apples and 1 cup of fruit juice
Dinner. Scrambled eggs from one egg and tea

Saturday
Breakfast. 70g rye bread, milk 200ml
Lunch Time. 60g canned zel.goroshka, 2 tomatoes and 2 cucumbers
Afternoon tea. 1 apple, 1 banana and 1 cup of fruit juice
Dinner. 100g of boiled beef, 200 ml of yogurt or sour

Sunday
Breakfast. Tea, 70g of dietary wheat breads
Lunch Time. 3 boiled potatoes, fresh salad with rast.maslom
Afternoon tea. 200-250ml milk or yogurt
Dinner. 100g of boiled chicken meat, 1 egg and 1 cup of fruit juice
