To prepare 4 servings refreshing cocktail will need:
- Two medium lemon;
- 100 grams of sugar;
- A sprig of fresh mint;
- A slice of melon;
- 300 ml of water;
- Carbonated water.
Take lemons, wash them, dry cloth and squeeze the juice from them. Cut the peel into pieces, place in a small saucepan, pour the lemon juice there, add water, sugar, throw a sprig of mint. Put the dishes on the stove and bring to a boil.
Then remove the mixture from heat, cover the pan, wrapped a towel and let it brew. When the broth becomes warmer, it can be placed in a refrigerator for cooling.
Strain and pour the cold infusion by the glass, should have about four servings. Top up the glass of cold sparkling water. - Ice.
Pour into four glasses with 2 teaspoons of sugar cane. Cut lemon into four parts. Squeeze juice from each of the glasses, and then chop the remainder of the lemon zest and with too spread out on the glass.
