Fartingeyl

 Fartingeyl (vertyugal) - skirt with a wide crinoline which is based on a few hoops - rigid hoops made of horsehair, whalebone, wire, cane or other materials. Crinoline was recorded at the hips, was under her skirt and gave it the necessary form. In this case fartingeylom has an oval shape, i.e. expanded on the sides of the skirt. Appeared in the XVI century. in Spain, and later spread throughout Europe and remained popular among the nobility to the XVII century.
